The Agenda 2063 Academy is Africa’s premier platform for building the knowledge, skills, and networks required to deliver The Africa We Want. Grounded in the Second Ten-Year Implementation Plan (STYIP) and driven by Africa’s Theory of Change, the Academy equips leaders, institutions, and citizens across the continent to translate Africa’s Long-Term Development Plan into measurable results.
Agenda 2063 is Africa’s Long-Term Development Plan, charting the continent’s path toward The Africa We Want. With the Second Ten-Year Implementation Plan (STYIP) as the Medium-Term Development Plan, Africa has entered a decisive period for realizing transformational results.
To deliver on this ambition, Africa requires a systematic approach to learning, ensuring that institutions, leaders, and citizens possess the knowledge and skills to execute effectively. The Agenda 2063 Academy responds to this need by providing structured learning grounded in the Theory of Change of the STYIP
Purpose
To build a cadre of African experts, practitioners, and policymakers with the capabilities to execute Agenda 2063 and the SDGs through Moonshot thinking, integrated strategies, and transformative action.
The Agenda 2063 Academy aims to:

- Strengthen the alignment of development plans across governance levels.
- Foster knowledge capitalization for continuous learning.
- Equip over 400 experts and practitioners to deliver transformational results.
