Delivering Agenda 2063 STYIP – Agenda 2063 in Power Spaces

Framing Concept

This module invites each participant to personalize Africa’s development journey. If Africa is transforming by 2063—how are you transforming too? What is your role, and what are you already committed to doing?

Objectives

  • Connect personal ambition with continental transformation.
  • Guide participants to articulate measurable, time-bound commitments aligned with Agenda 2063 STYIP.
  • Explore identity, aspiration, and agency in Africa’s long-term journey.

Content

  • Self-Discovery Exercise: Where will I be in 2063? What would I want to have contributed?
  • Personal transformation paths: Identify 3–5 possible life/career paths. Analyze alignment with Moonshots or enablers of Agenda 2063.
  • The power of grounded commitment: big goals made specific, personal, and realistic.
  • Realizing Agenda 2063 starts with individuals who believe and act in sync with it.

Key Messages

  • The most credible plans start with the self.
  • Youth are not just beneficiaries—they are shapers, funders, implementers, and communicators of Africa’s future.
  • Aligning personal vision with continental goals is not a constraint—it’s an amplifier.

Deliverable
