About Lesson

For each element of the Theory of Change:

  • Identify the critical issues that must be addressed and assess the status of each.
  • Define the specific actions required to resolve these issues and close identified gaps.

 

Example: Development Plans – Knowledge on extent of integration limited, considered high but not applied to improve the power of development plans. Delivery is low, what is planned only 12% is achieved. Governance of Development Plans remains a challenge.
